Now you can use your mailbox address as your shipping address anytime you shop online with American retailers. Whenever you are done shopping, log in to Shop N Relax to set up a shipping alert. Read More
The shipping alert tells us that you have packages on the way. On this page, you can give us special instructions, e.g. to use specific wrappers, use double boxes, or use specific door codes during delivery.
If this is your first time setting up a shipping alert, and you haven’t yet set up a Jamaican delivery address, you will be prompted to set it up. When setting up a delivery address, you have the option to choose between four regions: Kingston, Portmore, Spanish Town, and Other.
Other is for all delivery addresses outside Kingston, Portmore and Spanish Town. For addresses that fall within this category, deliveries will be made via Knutsford Express.
After creating a shipping alert, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package. Read Less

You will be alerted by email and/or text at each of these key moments; when your package leaves Miami, when it arrives on the island, after it clears customs, and when it is time for delivery.
