As soon as your package arrives in Kingston or Montego Bay Jamaica and is cleared through Customs, notifications will be sent out to you via text or email prompting you to make payment so your package can be delivered. Deliveries will be made within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed.

We receive shipment in Jamaica on Monday then it is subjected to the availability of Jamaica Customs to perform their duties. Packages delivered to our warehouses in Florida before the close of business on Monday are guaranteed to be shipped out on Wednesday and arrive in Jamaica on Monday. However, packages delivered after 12 Noon on Tuesday may NOT be shipped out on Wednesday.

Once payment is made, the package will go out for delivery in 24 to 48 hours. If you will NOT be available, please contact customer service at the time of payment (before the package goes out) to mark the package for a specific delivery time. All requests for a special delivery window will be honored, based on availability.

If your package was damaged, kindly contact customer service to issue a ticket, and investigations will be carried out accordingly.

Prohibited products are items deemed hazardous or banned for importation by the Jamaican Customs, FAA, and IATA. For more detailed information on these products, kindly contact customer support or Jamaican Customs. You can also access a list of banned import items via the link below:

If a prohibited item is shipped from our Florida Office and arrives in Jamaica, it will potentially be seized by Jamaica Customs and destroyed. In some cases, you may be able to contact Jamaica Customs to discuss the possibility of obtaining a permit to allow the clearance of the item.
